Re:    Update on Legal Challenge to COAH 3rd Round Regulations

Dear Mayor:

I wanted to update you on the status of In the Matter of the Adoption of N.J.A.C. 5:96 and 5:97 by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing.

This is the legal challenge filed by the League against COAH’s 3rd round regulations that is currently before the Supreme Court.

Ed Buzak, Esq. has recently filed a brief on behalf of the League.
