Re:    Survey on the Impact of Hurricane Sandy

On behalf of the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers-Newark, we respectfully request that you or your appropriate staff member take a few minutes to complete a survey regarding Hurricane Sandy.  Your responses will help us document key aspects of the impact of Hurricane Sandy in New Jersey and improve performance for the future.
