Re:       Affordable Housing, COAH Challenge
            League Files Response to COAH

Dear Mayor:

Last Thursday, the League, represented by Edward J. Buzak, Esq., filed its response to COAH in the on-going legal challenge of the COAH 3rd round regulations. 

If you recall, the League filed its initial brief in January, along with the other “institutional appellants” such as the Fair Share Housing Center, the New Jersey Builders Association and the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.  Other appellants filed their briefs in February, and COAH responded in early March.  April 9 was the deadline for all appellants to file their responses to COAH.
