The full-day registration fee covers instructional materials as well as a buffet lunch.  The seminar is fast-paced and designed for busy municipal officials.

This session will feature a comprehensive analysis of the FLSA including the recent major regulations changes covering white-collar exemptions and an overview of recent developments with respect to the FMLA. 

SPEAKERS:
Gerald L. Dorf, League Labor Relations Counsel for more than thirty years, and the Director of the League Labor Relations Advisory Service, will conduct this session.  Invited guest speaker John R. Kelly from the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor will also make presentations and provide additional points of view.

Time:  The program will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and run to 4:00 p.m.  Coffee will be available at 8:30 a.m. and there will be a buffet lunch break.
