The purpose of this seminar is to train supervisors in their four basic functions: planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating work. Supervisors will learn skills and techniques they can use to plan, organize, manage, and evaluate the work for which they are responsible. After attending the seminar, supervisors will have a more complete understanding of their basic functions. Each will also have chosen one on-the-job issue or problem and have developed a plan for addressing it.
