Concerns public works contractor registration.
Chapter 92S-90606/18/2003
Provides temporary local budget cap exceptions and school district budget cap adjustments for certain insurance costs and security and public safety costs.
Chapter 94S-41806/23/2003
Requires building permit for work done pursuant to a home repair financing contract under certain circumstances.
Chapter 95S-51406/23/2003
Revises and augments rules governing arbitration procedures in arbitration agreements.
Chapter 108 A-370307/01/2003
Adjusts local employers' contributions to PERS and PFRS over five years; provides exemption from municipal and county "cap" limitation; creates fund for certain excess assests to enhance PFRS special retirement.
Chapter 110 A-370607/01/2003
Establishes a 60-day amnesty period for certain motor vehicle surcharges.
Chapter 114 A-371007/01/2003
Imposes a State hotel and motel occupancy fee; authorizes a municipal hotel and motel occupancy tax by certain municipalities.
