Creates the "September 11th, 2001 Anti-Terrorism Act."
Chapter 37A-25107/01/2002
Concerns indirect costs for the remediation of contaminated sites.
Chapter 41A-19807/12/2002
Modifies convention leave provisions in certain cases for members of police and firefighters associations.
Chapter 42S-5777/12/2002
Permits local government units to issue refunding bonds to retire unfunded accrued liability resulting from early retirement benefits.
Chapter 44A-19267/25/2002
Concerns public works contracts and project labor agreements with labor organizations.
Chapter 46A-23728/01/2002
Requires public employers to deduct a representation fee in lieu of dues in certain circumstances.
Chapter 64S-3958/14/2002
Allows UEZ municipalities to include certain marketing, advertising and special event activities and other managerial and professional services as projects eligible for UEZ funding assistance.
Chapter 80A-3329/05/2002
Permits public comment at meetings of municipal governing body.
Chapter 84S-8699/09/2002
Permits BPU to authorize the securitization of deferred balances of electric public utilities for the provision of basic generation service.
