THE FOLLOWING BILLS WERE ENACTED AS PUBLIC LAWS OF 2002:
Chapter 84S-8699/09/2002
Prohibits discrimination by landlords against tenants based on source of income or age of children under "Law Against Discrimination."
Chapter 87A-243710/22/2002
Expands redevelopment agreement program to provide incentives for residential development of contaminated sites.
Chapter 91A-137411/04/2002
Allows meeting notices of certain public bodies to be available on the Internet.
Chapter 95S-57611/11/2002
Authorizes an increase in administrative penalties for prevailing wage violations.
