NEWLY ENACTED LAWS NEW JERSEY LEGISLATURE No. 4 2002-2003 Legislative Session May 17, 2002 THE FOLLOWING BILLS WERE ENACTED AS PUBLIC LAWS OF 2002: Chapter 12S-183/26/2002 Reduces certain General Fund appropriations, allocates certain revenues and transfers and appropriates certain fund balances for fiscal year 2002 State budget purposes. Chapter 15A-19584/09/2002 Clarifies that assessments for local improvements are continous lien on land from effective date ordinance or resolution authorizing assessment.
