THE FOLLOWING BILLS WERE ENACTED
AS PUBLIC LAWS OF 2006-2007:

Increases fees for burial, removal and transit permits and provides for deposit of fee in NJ Electronic Death Registration Support Fund.

Allows certain public entities to join with State under certain circumstances for purchase of certain energy services for their facilities.

Excludes membership fees and dues of certain governmental and charitable clubs and organizations and certain parking services from sales and use tax.

Appropriates $33,470,914,000 in State Funds and $10,197,242,726 in federal funds for the State budget for Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
