Provides for State and county coordination of emergency response programs.

Chapter 4 A-244401/19/2005

Provides liability protection for natural resource damages, natural resource restoration, and offsite contamination to certain persons; makes certain changes concerning the statute of limitations for certain causes

Chapter 22A-300901/24/2005

Changes liability of underground facility operators with respect to certain provisions of the "Underground Facility Protection Act."

Chapter 23S-15501/26/2005
Permits municipalities to adopt school-time curfew ordinances for juveniles.
Chapter 29A-176901/26/2005

Requires regional municipal and county utilities and the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners to provide reduced sewer and water connection fees for certain affordable housing projects.

Chapter 161S-52612/07/2004

Authorizes police training commission to contract for private entity's recommendations for pre-entry standards for police training academies.

Chapter 169A-86312/07/2004

Clarifies municipal and county jurisdiction over streets and permits municipalities to designate stop or yield intersections on certain streets under municipal jurisdiction

Provides for protection of certain publicly owned archeological sites and findings by various State and local government entities.

Prohibits dry cutting and grinding of masonry in certain cases.

Provides that TPAF and PERS veterans' retirement with 35 years of service shall be based on highest benefit year rather than last year of service.

Permits special improvement districts to enter into certain financing arrangements with private lenders.

Revises criteria for new historic sites to obtain historic site property tax exemption.

Requires municipal prosecutors to review and transmit to judge prior to sentencing motor vehicle abstracts of certain offenders.
