Requires employer notifications to workers regarding temporary disability benefits.

Chapter 107S-111006/29/2005

Establishes Gang Land Security Task Force.

Chapter 108S-189006/29/2005

Allows county or municipality to deposit funds from any source into open space trust funds and to enter agreements with certain nonprofit organizations for land and historic preservation purposes.

Chapter 115A-72906/29/2005
Prohibits fireworks or pyrotechnics in certain buildings.
Chapter 118A-367306/29/2005

Makes various technical corrections and modifications to the "Abandoned Properties Rehabilitation Act," P.L.2003, c.210.

Conforms the sales and use tax to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement to provide for entry therein.
