Legislative Reporting and Bill Services The Office of Legislative Services will no longer offer mail subscription service of bills in hard copy. The complete text of all bills and laws are available on the New Jersey State Legislature internet site. Bills and other related information can be viewed and printed. The site is updated daily, therefore, information is timely. The service is free to the public. The web site address is: www.njleg.state.nj.us.
