An Act concerning incentives for photovoltaic equipment for certain purposes and amending P.L.1999, c.23 (C.48:3-49 et al.).

Requires incentives for photovoltaic equipment for residential purposes be available only for residences that are Energy Star compliant.

An Act concerning the sub-metering of water consumption in multiple dwellings, and supplementing Title 58 of the Revised Statutes.

Permits water and sewerage service sub-metering in multi-family dwellings to promote water conservation.
